Shipping and payment terms

Shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

International shipping:

The costs for international shipping depend on country and weight. The exact shipping costs are calculated and shown in detail in the order process “Checkout”. For international shipping, the country-specific value-added tax and customs fees may also apply as extra costs. Please feel free to contact us in advance or contact your local parcel delivery service for more information.

The responsibility is transferred to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport (Swiss Post). The contractual products will be checked and packed according to commercial practice during shipping.

Payment

The prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 2.5% and 7.7% VAT respectively.
The following delivery costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Any additional taxes and customs duties are to be borne by the ordering customer. Deliveries to foreign countries require the usual delivery time.
Discounts are not cumulative.
Payment is by Paypal, Bank Transfer or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). without deduction. Processing fees will be charged for unjustified deductions and for reminders. From the second reminder onwards, these fees amount to CHF 5, from the third reminder CHF 15. If the customer defaults on payment, Central Plaza Tourist Anstalt is entitled to charge interest on arrears at the legally prescribed rate (Art. 104 CO). The delivery remains the property of Central Plaza Tourist Anstalt until full payment has been made. In case of default of payment, the cooperative is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to reclaim the goods.
